Ocean County, the most powerful Republican Organization in the state, endorsed Conservative US Senate candidate Hirsh Singh. Singh's victory made history as one of the first times in many decades that a candidate won the Ocean County screening off the floor, in a show of massive grassroots support and populist appeal. In Singh's victory speech, he stated that the results weren't close, and were a mandate that he will be the Republican nominee running against Cory Booker and with Ocean County's support, they will remove Cory Booker from politics. Singh will be on the ballot with President Trump in the highest Republican turnout county in the state.
Ocean County had delivered the most votes for Donald Trump in 2016, and is a powerhouse of conservative and Republican voters. Singh has become quite popular across the state with his consistent message for conservative principles and vocally pushing hard against Governor Phil Murphy's numerous failed policies like support for illegal immigration, drivers licenses for Illegals, attacks against the 2nd Amendment, and the affordability of living in NJ. This victory will give massive momentum to Singh's campaign.
Singh has been at the forefront of exposing Cory Booker's corruption and had worked extremely hard to flip many Democrat seats to Republican in November 2019. He is among the most popular Republicans in the state and the Senate seat would be in play should he win the nomination.
"I am grateful for the support of the people and promise to defend American and conservative values in the Senate," said Singh.
